If you have unstable bench and your temps are OK you'll likely have to apply some CPU load line calibration - too little LLC and the undervolts might lead to stability issues because it will combine with vdroop. 16 cores needs *very* good cooling to reach the max overclocks / perf envelope. You may find this is unstable, this could be temps or too much undervolt.
